This is how it works:
Contact me within 5 days of delivery to let me know why you are less than happy and if I am not able to make it right, just drop it back in the mail to me (preferably in the packaging it came in) within the next 5 days once you have received the return address. Once I have received it and checked to make sure it is in the same condition it left in, I will issue your refund within 5 days of receiving your return.
Important Details:
• Shipping is non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you have any questions at all prior to your order, please feel free to contact me here and I am happy to answer!
• If the item was damaged during shipment, take pictures of the packaging and the item in the original condition it arrived and send them to me so I can start a claim. Because this rarely happens, the situation is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me and we will figure it out.
• Custom orders are final. I am happy to answer any questions during the design and quoting process to address any concerns. If you receive your item and are unhappy for any reason, please contact me so we can try to resolve it in the best way possible for everyone.
