• Made and ready-to-ship items will usually ship within 2-3 business days.
• I try to keep my inventory updated, but there might be a few times when there is overlap with in-person shows. If an order is placed for an item that has sold during a show I will contact you as soon as possible with options for alternatives or a refund.
• Custom stamped items and made-to-order items, please allow 1-3 weeks for processing. (actual times will differ based on existing orders and current work/travel schedule) All custom made orders will be made and shipped as soon as possible. If you need it by a specific date, please let me know so we can try to make it happen!
• Exchanges and returns are determined on a case by case basis. Contact me here. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If item/package was damaged during shipping, please document/photograph in the case of submitting a claim with the carrier. Custom orders are final.
• Receipts are included in the package. If you would like it sent as a gift without receipt, please include a note during checkout, or contact me here.
• Shipping times will vary depending on both your location and my current location, but in most cases will take 1-5 days to arrive after order processing time. If you need something by a specific date (for a birthday, event, etc.) please contact me to see if we can make it happen for you!
• Shipping to US states and territories only. If you would like to ship outside of the US, please contact me.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Mountains & Skye will not be responsible for the additional time or cost of wrong shipping addresses.
